1. Site visit and estimate

We measure, listen and send a written estimate within a day. Each line shows materials and labour; where it helps, you get good, better and best packages and optional extras you can switch on or off.

2. Approve and sign online

Open the secure link on any device, pick your option and sign by typing your name or drawing your signature. The signed version is locked, stamped with the time, and available as a PDF with its audit trail.

3. Deposit and schedule

Pay the deposit by card or bank through Stripe. Payments go straight to our business account, and your start date is booked.

4. Changes are priced and signed first

If you want something extra or we find something unexpected, you receive a change order with the price and the effect on the finish date. Nothing changes until you sign, and your contract total updates automatically.

5. Milestone payments and photos

Follow progress on your project page with photos and notes. Pay each milestone when it is reached, and message us any time.
